Clooney Foundation for Justice’s TrialWatch initiative in its just- published report has found that there are substantial grounds for finding the Labour Court prosecution of Professor Yunus and his colleagues was politically motivated, that there was abuse of process and that Professor Yunus' rights have been violated. It urges the Labour Appellate Tribunal to overturn the January 1, 2024 conviction of the labour court.
